If something is really good, you are willing to travel a long way for it. And although our cooks were willing to go on a "study trip", we found China a bit too much. Therefore from our own, Dutch kitchen: the Chinese taste of Chinese chicken soup. Complete with Chinese mushrooms. There was so much China in a cup, that almost no more fat would fit.
